New Mouse-Over feature

The Result View and the Editor are two of the main pillars of the Data Quality and Planning applications of the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP). In the Result View, the grid and the calculation results are displayed on a geographical map or as a schematic diagram. In the editor, on the other hand, grids can be manually modified. In both views, it is necessary for grid planners to have a clear and complete overview of the available grid information. 

With our new Mouse-Over feature available in the Result View and the Editor, IGP users can now get a more compact overview of the calculation results and the grid element’s properties. Important asset information such as installed power aggregated by loads and generators, name, length, line type, etc. can be displayed by moving the cursor across connection objects, participants, lines and stations. 

For example, in the Result View of the short circuit calculation, 𝐼𝑘,𝑚𝑎𝑥 and 𝐼𝑘,𝑚𝑖𝑛 as well as the maximum and minimum phase angles and 𝑆𝑘,𝑚𝑎𝑥 and 𝑆𝑘,𝑚𝑖𝑛 can be viewed directly. The most important results of power flow calculations can also be displayed directly with the new feature.
