Whistleblower

envelio is a specialist in digital grid management and part of the E.ON Group. E.ON has established a hotline and an externally managed website to facilitate the anonymous reporting of potential violations of laws and regulations.

These reporting channels are open not only to E.ON employees but also to envelio’s business partners, our employees, and other third parties who wish to share information in confidence.

Through the hotline or website, individuals can report possible cases of misconduct, including corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights violations, as well as breaches of antitrust and capital market laws, insider trading rules, and data protection laws, or other infractions of the Code of Conduct.

It is important to note that the whistleblowing channels are not intended for customer complaints or issues related to customer contracts. Customers with such concerns should reach out to E.ON’s customer hotline or via envelio’s support channels depending on their concern.
