envelio is Part of the German Expert Group Grid State Assessment
We are excited to announce that envelio’s co-founder Philipp Erlinghagen is now part of the expert group “Study on Grid State Assessment” initiated by the Forum for Grid Technology/Grid Operation of the German Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies (in German: VDE).
In his expert role, Philipp will play a significant role in developing concrete recommendations on how to standardize the performance of grid state assessments based on real-time measurements at the low-voltage level. This will have a direct impact on the energy sector’s ability to improve and accelerate the integration of renewable energy sources while ensuring grid stability.
The project aims to develop a practical and immediately applicable method that ensures the specificity and sensitivity of grid state assessments, taking into account the current state of technology.
Philipp’s inclusion in the expert group marks an important step for envelio to actively participate in shaping future standards and best practices in the energy sector. We see this participation not only as recognition of our past achievements but also as an opportunity to further develop our knowledge and technologies.
For our customers, this development means direct added value: With Philipp Erlinghagen in the expert group “Grid State Assessment”, envelio is well-positioned to remain at the forefront of innovation and offer solutions that pave the way for a more sustainable and efficient energy supply.
