envelio is part of the German edna project group on flexibility management and low voltage SCADA systems
We are excited to announce that envelio is now a member of the German Federal Association for Energy Market & Communication (“edna”). As part of this membership, envelio’s Product Manager for Innovation, Alonso Ortega Salinas, will actively participate in the new project group addressing the requirements of flexibility management and low voltage SCADA systems starting in July.
Objective of the project group
While most processes for integrating controllable consumer devices are already defined, there are still open questions regarding the integration of LV SCADA systems. The project group aims to develop standard interfaces for LV SCADA systems that will serve as guidelines for the entire industry. This will save time and costs and enable a quick and reliable integration of these systems.
envelio’s contribution to the edna project group
We are looking forward to bringing our expertise in designing interfaces for various source systems to the project group. Together, we aim to establish a nationwide standard that ensures the seamless use of measurement data in future process and system landscapes.
Being part of this project group allows us to further develop our knowledge and technologies, stay at the forefront of innovation, and continue to offer forward-thinking solutions for our customers, paving the way for a more sustainable and efficient energy supply.
You will find more information about the edna project group on this page (in German).
